为什么这个语句在sqlserver7.0下正常，但是在sqlserver2000下却不行

set rs=myconnsql.Execute ("select * from tabcard where approve=同意 and ReplyTime between " & rtime1 & " and " & rtime2 & " and pic like "&temppic&" order by num")
在sqlserver7.0下正常运行，但数据库换成sqlserver2000就不行了，说这句错，把and pic like "&temppic&" 改成and pic like %"&temppic&"%也不行，但运掉and pic like "&temppic&" 就可以错在哪里？？
